Booking Policy
Appointment can be booked online, by phone, or by contacting us directly.
A deposit may be required to secure selected appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24hours notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Missed appointment without notice, also known as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the booked treatment.
Free Consultation Policy
Our consultation is complimentary, however, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
a valid card required to secure your booking. There is no charge for attending your consultation.

Refund Policy
Due to the personalised nature or our professional beauty services, we do not offer
refund on completed treatments.
If you have any concerns about your treatment, please contact us within 7 days of
your appointment. We are committed to working with you to find a fair and appropriate
solution where possible.
Retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are unopened,
unused in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
