Our refund policy
At Beautylish we strive to provide exceptional services and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Service Refunds.:
– If you are dissatisfied with a service you received, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will assess the situation and determine if a refund is appropriate.
– Refunds will be provided in the form of a salon credit, which can be used towards future services.
– Please note that refunds will not be issued for services that have been partially or fully completed.
2. Product Refunds:
– If you have purchased a product from our salon and find it to be defective or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
– We may request proof of purchase, such as a receipt, to process the refund.
– Refunds for products will be issued in the original form of payment.
3. No-Show or Late Cancellation Policy:
– If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
– This fee is non-refundable and will be applied to your account for future services.
4. Refund Exceptions:
– We do not offer refunds for gift card purchases.
– Refunds will not be provided for services or products that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect.
Please keep in mind that our refund policy is subject to change. We encourage you to reach out to our salon directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding refunds. We value your business and will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
