I’m Helena — founder of Helena’s Sacred Transformation — and I believe that healing is both an art and a sacred act of reclaiming your worth.
I was born and raised in Egypt, where my love for beauty began. For over 18 years, I mastered the art of enhancing outer beauty through holistic skincare, lashes, and brows. But my deepest transformation didn’t come through mirrors — it came through pain.
I endured years of toxic relationships, emotional trauma, and even cancer. I felt invisible, unworthy, and trapped in cycles I didn’t know how to break — until life cracked me open. Surviving a narcissistic relationship and illness was the universe’s wake-up call to heal, to love myself, and to step into my true power.
Through that dark night of the soul, I discovered the tools that changed everything.
Today, I’m a certified life coach, trained in psychology, human behaviour, neuroscience, hypnotherapy, and quantum transformation. I’ve worked as an art teacher, counsellor, and beauty therapist — and served as the President of Sutherland Domestic Violence Support for over 5 years in NSW, advocating for women’s safety, healing, and empowerment.
